About me

Trace of Soul Yoga was created from my personal journey and the profound transformation yoga and mindfulness brought to my life. I first turned to yoga as a way to balance my running routine and have a good stretch. What started as a physical practice gradually evolved into a deeply enriching journey.

I’m Tracy, a yoga teacher, conscious living guide, and well-being writer. I help people connect with their inner rhythm through gentle tools to bring more calm, focus, and energy into daily life and offer personalised well-being, yoga and mindfulness plans. Alongside this, I write blogs around conscious living, conscious parenting and lifestyle, inviting others into a more intentional, reflective way of living.

My work is rooted in the belief that small, mindful choices ripple outward into our relationships, communities, and the planet.
I’m passionate about building a community of people living with awareness, of our impact on the world and of the sacredness of everyday life. Through my writing, offerings, and advocacy, I hope to support others in creating space for clarity and positive change.

The heart of my yoga and mindfulness teaching lies in sharing the power of self-love and self-healing that these practices have brought into my life. Through mindful movement and breath, we cultivate a deep connection to our physical body, nurturing inner peace while rejuvenating and healing from the outside in.

I began practicing yoga in 2010. In 2013, I attended my first Vipassana meditation retreat, an experience that profoundly enhanced my connection to yoga. This self development journey shifted my practice, infusing it with mindfulness and meditation. Yoga became my pathway to self-awareness and compassion, igniting my passion for self-growth and inner healing.

I spent many years travelling around the world, immersing myself in yoga, meditation, and spirituality, exploring techniques and practices for my own inner healing. In 2017 I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training for my own personal development. My love for Yin Yoga inspired me to complete a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, after which I began sharing classes focused on cultivating stillness and mindfulness.

My teaching journey began in Brighton and led me to the Philippines, where I spent time as resident yoga teacher at the Bahay Kalipay Yoga and Raw Detox Centre. There, I guiding others in self-enquiry, mindfulness and inner-healing, and created and facilitated retreats. This experience allowed me to further explore and integrate the physical and spiritual dimensions of well-being.

"After a morning class with Tracy, I felt so profoundly moved and the rest of my day was so beautiful as I felt so connected to the world around me - I would describe it as both emotionally and physically “unblocked” after a difficult period of time. I really feel Tracy is very dedicated to sharing the practice of yoga to help others in this way"
