For a long time, I’ve felt something shifting in me. Quietly at first, then steadily, like the tide drawing back before a wave.
It started when I spent many years travelling when I began questioning the systems we’re taught to move through. The pace, the expectations, the way we disconnect from ourselves just to keep moving.
Motherhood only magnified it. Suddenly, I was holding a whole other human, and with that came the weight and wonder of what it really means to live aware, not just for myself, but for the life I was shaping in my hands.
✨
Conscious Living
I used to think conscious living meant doing everything perfectly: zero waste, organic food, unwavering patience, minimal screen time, meditation every morning. Having it all sussed.
It doesn’t.
For me, it means noticing when I’m rushing. It means asking questions instead of reacting. It means choosing presence over perfection. It means not always getting it right, but not giving up trying.
Sometimes that looks like sitting on the floor with my child while the dinner gets cold, just to hug them through their emotions. Sometimes it means saying no to busyness, to more plans, more work, more goals, and choosing rest instead. And sometimes it’s just remembering to breathe, to stretch, to calm myself down.
I believe this kind of awareness is what our lifestyles need more of. Not loud declarations, but quiet reconnections. Not constant performance, but real presence. With our kids, our communities, and with ourselves.
The Gentle Way Forward
If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably felt the pressure to keep moving, be constantly productive, even when your body and spirit are begging for pause. As a seeker of deeper inner connection, I’ve seen how powerful mindful movement and breath can be, but also how quickly it can become another thing on the to-do list.
That’s why I created my first offering: custom well-being, yoga and mindfulness plans, designed to meet you where you are with a small gesture to make progress. Because small is good. Small is manageable. Small is doable. And more importantly, small is OK.
Whether you're feeling depleted, overwhelmed, irritable, or just disconnected from your body, these plans are a soft place to land. No pressure, no push. Just grounding practices, kind prompts, and moments to come home to yourself.
By your communication of choice (phone or video call) I’ll ask you a few questions about what your daily routines look like, your mood, energy, and time, to gain some insight into where you are, and then create something tailored just for you. A pathway you can keep, return to, or let guide you through a rough week. Which we can build on over time if you wish to.
The Bigger Picture: Building a Conscious Community
This offering is part of a wider unfolding.
My dream is to build a space, through my writing, through resources, and through intentional offerings, that speaks to people who are craving more awareness in how they live, raise children, and move through the world.
People who:
- Value honesty over image
- Want to raise their children in alignment, not autopilot
- Care about their impact on the earth, on others, on themselves
- Believe in small, slow shifts over grand, unsustainable overhauls
I write about conscious living, and at the heart of this is conscious personing, the everyday practice of how we show up, soften, advocate, and listen, both to the world and to ourselves. There’s no perfect blueprint for this work. But there is community, and a cosy, supportive space where I share guidance shaped by my own life experience and well-being journey.
Here, you’ll find:
- Personalised well-being yoga and mindfulness plans
- Reflections and resources for conscious living
- Meditations, grounding prompts and tools to live more aligned with presence and self-care
If This Speaks to You…
Then I invite you to explore, see what resonates, and use this as your safe space to care for you.
If you would like a plan I’d love to create something meaningful and nurturing for you.
This isn’t about fixing or improving. It’s about reconnecting. It’s about slowing down enough to hear what your life is asking of you.
Thank you for being here. For reading, for witnessing, for walking beside me.
Stay present ✌🏻
With love & gratitude,
